P.M. alleged that on November 4, 2019—after the relationship had ended—she agreed to drive Plouch to his residence after the two had performed in a musical event at the University. At some point during that trip, Plouch touched P.M. and tried to kiss her several times, even though P.M. told him, “no.” Appellant’s Appendix Vol. II at 16.
