Repeal of involuntary firearm removal process.

Repeals Indiana red flag law provisions that allowed courts to order firearms confiscated from people deemed dangerous. Eliminates the process for reporting someone as dangerous and removes the statistical tracking of such confiscations. Leaves only a petition process for people to prove they are no longer dangerous.
