Prior to leaving S.D.’s home, M.M. purchased some marijuana from her next-door neighbor, thirtytwo-year-old Himes. After arriving at the bonfire, M.M. drank alcohol and smoked marijuana. The pair left and returned to S.D.’s house around 12:30 a.m., where they continued to drink wine coolers. At approximately 2:00 a.m., M.M. and S.D. walked to Himes’s residence and smoked more marijuana. The marijuana “hit M.M.
