Because of Siblings’ disregard of our appellate rules, we do not reach the merits of this appeal. We also conclude that Siblings’ procedural bad faith in this appeal warrants an award of appellate attorney fees. We affirm and remand. Facts & Procedural History Florence died testate on October 21, 2022. At the time of her death, Florence was survived by Siblings.
