B.M. was removed from Mother and placed in foster care. On June 19, 2023, DCS petitioned the trial court to adjudicate B.M. a CHINS, alleging that B.M.’s physical or mental condition was endangered because of Mother’s inability, refusal, or neglect to supply B.M.
