The residence consisted of two bedrooms upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs. The children shared a bedroom with separate beds. Earlier that day, the family went to a relative’s residence for a birthday party. Prior to leaving home, Ismari noticed a backpack on the apartment roof and retrieved it.
