Case Summary
Following a jury trial, Johnthan Quarles was convicted of Level 2 felony
robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, for which he received a sentence of
nineteen years – seventeen executed in the Indiana Department of Correction
(DOC) and two on Marion County Community Corrections (MCCC). Quarles
presents the following restated issues on appeal:
