As construction progressed, the Barrs identified numerous defects relating to Bridgestone’s workmanship. Although the Barrs advised Bridgeport of the defects, they were not remedied. The Barrs paid Bridgeport a total of $177,212.20 for the Project, but Bridgeport demanded an additional $86,987.50.
