VEH REGISTRATION-LICENSE REQ

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires every applicant for the registration of a motor vehicle to present, at the time of submission of an application for registration, a valid driver's license or identification card. Provides that if an applicant for the registration of a motor vehicle is registering via the mail or an Electronic Registration and Title transaction, the applicant may present a copy of the applicant's driver's license or identification card via the mail or an Electronic Registration and Title transaction.
