Case Summary
After Marvin Howard Reffett admitted to violating several terms of his
probation, the trial court revoked four and one-half years of his previously
suspended five-year sentence. Reffett contends that this was an abuse of
discretion.
We affirm.

In 1995, after multiple convictions for operating while intoxicated (OWI),
Reffett lost his driving privileges for life.
