He and his friend Noah Adamson made plans to smoke marijuana together. Henderson went to buy rolling papers at a Speedway gas station. There, Henderson noticed another customer, Robert Bonecutter, whom Henderson thought he recognized because Bonecutter had “stolen something from him or robbed him when he was . . . roughly 12 years old[.]” Tr. Vol. 2 at 181. Meanwhile, Bonecutter noted Henderson’s “nasty” demeanor. Id. at 137.
