LA is in the midst of a MILITARY COUP - LAPD refusing to enforce laws against ICE

LA is in the midst of a MILITARY COUP and nobody is talking about it except the people they are trying to arrest and imprison. The chief of police of the LAPD, Jim McDonnell has openly stated he will not enforce laws against ICE. He has openly stated the LAPD will not enforce misdemeanors against ICE. The LAPD is picking and choosing which laws they enforce and against whom and they are ignoring the explicit directives and instructions of the Governor, Gavin Newsom.
