The plea agreement called for Gross to be sentenced to eighteen months in the DOC, suspended to probation. The trial court entered judgment of conviction and sentenced Gross accordingly. In May 2022, Gross was charged with Level 6 felony residential entry in Cause Number 45G04-2205-F6-997 (“Cause 997”).
