Police also discovered a bag containing methamphetamine in a cupholder located between Mother and then-eight-year-old M.M., who was sitting in the front passenger seat. Mother was arrested and charged with Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
