A person reported that their neighbor was poisoning their dog. 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 11000 block Silver Maple Drive, Kewanna . A person found a yellow and white cat with a flea collar on. Officers dropped the cat off at the shelter. 9:37 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 300 block East Main Street, Kewanna . A person reported that their trailer was taken from their property within the last two weeks. Rochester Officers with the Rochester Police Department investigated the following incidents: 3:02 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 500 block East 11th Street, Rochester . Dispatch received several hang ups from this location, but no one answered the door when officers showed up. 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 1400 block East Ninth Street, Rochester . A representative from Woodlawn Hospital reported patients that were being harassed by a male who was yelling in the hospital lobby. 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 1600 block Madison Street, Rochester .
