Johnson was released to probation in this case on September 22, 2022. 1 On February 24, 2023, the Howard County Probation Department petitioned to revoke Johnson’s suspended sentence for violating certain conditions of his probation. Curt Rawlings, Johnson’s probation officer, signed the petition alleging Johnson had violated two probation conditions.
