(“Father”) are the parents of Child, who was born in July 2022. Mother and Father are not married but resided together. In the first six months of 2023, Mother called police to the residence between five and ten times because she “was being harassed [by Father] or . . . was unsafe” and “believed it was best for [them] to be separated, and the cops came and made [Father] leave.” Tr. Vol. 2 at 63. In June, Mother obtained a protective order against Father, but she “dropped” it soon after. Id.
