In September 2020, Greendale Police Department Officer Austin Boggs was
working undercover with a confidential informant (“CI”) to investigate illegal
drug dealing in Dearborn County and the surrounding area. Officer Boggs
received information that Holt planned to sell drugs to the CI at a gas station in
Saint Leon on the evening of September 27.
