Wyatt’s family believed the shooter was Allen Ruffin. On July 21, 2020, Ruffin was visiting his girlfriend Reshanae Wilhite at her residence on Lillie Street in Fort Wayne. Wilhite’s twelve-year-old daughter was also present. Ruffin was fixing the doorbell camera because it was not functioning.
