Tr. Vol. 2 at 169. Detective Stephenson organized a controlled buy for that evening. Before the controlled buy, Detective Stephenson and his colleague, Detective David Calhoun, met with the CI. Detective Stephenson patted down the CI, made her “pull out” her bra and “shake” it to confirm nothing was hidden within, and checked her socks and in between her toes.
