In February 2023, Rhonda was in a nursing home, and her son, Christopher Aslinger (“Chris”), who was also known as “Ace,” was incarcerated. So Rhonda’s granddaughter, Briahna Aslinger (“Bri”), had “Power of Attorney over” the house and was “[p]retty much” the one “in charge of looking after the property[.]” Tr. Vol. 2 at 116, 170.
