Alongside the cocaine was a bus ticket bearing Norvell Dunem’s name. In time, the State charged Dunem with Level 2 felony dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug. Dunem moved to suppress all evidence, arguing the search of the bus and the duffle bag violated his rights under both the United States and Indiana Constitutions.
