At all relevant times, Parents had three children: twins L.M. and M.L.M. (born
in July 2013) and a son, J.M. (born August 16, 2016) (collectively, “Children”).
On October 7, 2016, when J.M. was seven weeks old, Parents and Children
traveled from their home in Greencastle to Crown Point to attend a family
funeral. While holding J.M., a family member noticed a “popping” sensation
coming from J.M.’s back or shoulder. Appellant’s App. Vol. 8 at 104. Mother
noticed a similar sensation earlier that morning. J.M.
