In June 2022, McCubbins pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deal in
methamphetamine and was sentenced to 720 days at the Indiana Department of
Correction (“DOC”) with 715 days suspended to probation. On the same day,
McCubbins pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 180 days, all
suspended to probation. The trial court ordered the sentences to be served
consecutively.
