Officers placed Harris in a holding cell, removed his restraints, and subjected him to a strip search. During the search, a toothbrush holder fell from Harris’ pocket onto the floor. When the officers gathered Harris’ clothes from the cell, they discovered a shank inside the toothbrush holder.
