Jermaine Louis Fleming pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by an ineligible person. The district court imposed a sentence of 60 months of imprisonment. We conclude that the district court did not err by denying Fleming's motion for a downward dispositional or downward durational departure. Therefore, we affirm.
