In a combined plea agreement entered to resolve both cases, McCutcheon agreed to plead guilty to Level 4 felony child molesting, 1 Level 5 felony criminal confinement, 2 and Class C felony child molesting. 3 In exchange, the State agreed to dismiss the other charges.
