review: (1) Did the trial court abuse its discretion in its identification of
aggravators and mitigators?; and (2) Is Randall’s sentence inappropriate? We
affirm.
Facts and Procedural History 2
D.C. often spent time at the home of her step-grandfather, Randall, and
maternal grandmother, Darla. D.C.’s stepmother described the Randalls’ house
as “one of [D.C.’s] safe spots, . . . where she was supposed to be able to be
