He then decapitated and dismembered her body. He placed some of Gambetty’s body parts in two of her suitcases, set fire to her home, and drove off with the luggage and its contents in her car. After neighbors reported smoke coming from the residence, the fire department and law enforcement responded to the scene, extinguished the fire, and discovered the remains of Gambetty’s body.
