First CHINS case – From January to July 2021, Mother and Child were living in a home with a convicted sex offender, Sean-Michael Murphy; his wife, father, and brother; and three minor children. Mother was aware Murphy was a convicted sex offender. In July, Murphy was arrested and charged with Level 1 child molesting for acts perpetrated on a child in the home.
