In August 2023, Mother petitioned to dissolve the marriage. Only one of the parties’ children was still a minor. At the time Mother initiated dissolution proceedings, Father and Mother were co-owners of TRMF Enterprises, LLC (“TRMF”), which owned commercial real estate. Father’s company, Aristoline Cabinets, Inc., a cabinet manufacturer, operated out of a warehouse on the TRMF real estate. Additional warehouse space was rented to other businesses.
