In December of 2019, the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) received a report alleging Parents were neglecting L.D. and his older half-siblings, who are not a part of this appeal, due to home conditions and the failure to provide them necessary medical care. Family Case Manager Natalie Crist (“FCM Crist”) made several visits to the family home in Lynn, Indiana, while completing the 2019 assessment.
