On October 26, 2020, Damon Brown (“Damon”) asked his brother, DJ Brown
(“DJ”), if he could use DJ’s trailer home, located in Bloomington, Indiana.

Damon made money by selling shoes and also by selling marijuana, and DJ
assumed that Damon needed the trailer to sell either shoes or marijuana. At
some point that day, DJ figured out that Damon would be using the trailer for a
marijuana deal.
