(“ICS”) appeals the trial court’s order granting P&J Portables, LLC’s (“P&J”) motion for declaratory judgment and determining that, pursuant to an indemnification clause in its Equipment Rental Agreement (“the Agreement”) with P&J, ICS was obligated to indemnify P&J for losses that allegedly stemmed from P&J’s own negligence.
