During APD’s search incident to arrest, officers discovered a crystal-like substance in his front right pocket. This substance later tested positive for methamphetamine and was found to weigh 2.09 grams. As a condition of Musick’s parole “he and anything in his possession [was] subject to search.” Appellant’s App. Vol. 2 p. 13.
