The trial court held a preliminary hearing and, on June 1, 2023, entered a provisional order (“the Order”) granting Father primary physical custody of the children. The Order stated: “Mother shall have parenting time at any time the parties can agree. If the parties are unable to agree, Mother shall have parenting time pursuant to the . . .
