(“Mother”) 1 are the biological parents of three minor children: R.H., born August 10, 2017; E.H., born July 9, 2018; and J.H., born November 8, 2019. The Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) first became involved with the family in 2018 in a previous Child in Need of Services (“CHINS”) case, where R.H. had received injuries that the parents could not explain. There were also concerns about domestic violence in the home. 1 Mother’s parental rights were also terminated in the same proceedings as Father’s.
