When Beard did not appear or respond, RBI obtained a default judgment for $64,457.67 (“the Default Judgment”), which included treble damages under the Indiana Crime Victims Relief Act, prejudgment interest, attorney fees of $5,955.00, and costs of $385.24. RBI later moved for proceedings supplemental, and a hearing was held in November 2023.
