When Child was approximately three years old, a Massachusetts court issued an order obligating Father to pay child support. The Support Order was not provided to this court on appeal. There has nevertheless been no dispute that, consistent with Massachusetts law, the Support Order required Father to pay some form of child support until Child attained the age of twenty-three. In February 2009, the Support Order was registered in the State of Indiana.
