Prohibits government agencies from discriminating against foster care and adoption providers based on religious beliefs. Allows providers to sue for discrimination with a 2-year statute of limitations. [NOTE: This is a "religious liberty" bill that could allow agencies to reject LGBTQ+ prospective parents.]
