The Mortgage—which secured a loan in the principal amount of $251,000.00 for the Property—was recorded in the Property’s chain of title on November 4, 2021. On April 26, 2022, a document titled “Mortgage Satisfaction Piece” (“the Release”) was also recorded in the Property’s chain of title. Appellant’s App. Vol. 2 p. 171.
