(“Father”) 1 (together, “Parents”) are the biological parents of M.W., born in June 2016, and J.W., born April 2018. Mother is also the biological mother of two older children, who are not in her care and are not a part of this action. The Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) first became involved with the family on June 6, 2022, based on a report that the Children were the victims of neglect and abuse by Parents. On June 5, 2022, J.W. sustained an injury, specifically a bloody nose, while in the care of Parents.
