The remaining counts were for Level 1 felony attempted murder, Level 5 felony reckless homicide, and Level 5 felony criminal recklessness. With regard to Count I—the count of murder—the charging information specifically alleged as follows: “On or about September 30, 2022, JAMION JOHNSON did knowingly kill another human being, to-wit: Kevin Stigger[.]” Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 25.
