The dissolution decree incorporated their written property settlement agreement (“the Agreement”), which contemplated the sale of the Residence, stating: “The parties agree that [the Residence] . . . shall be placed for sale, and the ‘net proceeds’ received by the parties after any sale will be divided 50/50 between them.” Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 17. The Agreement did not specifically address the parties’ jointly obtained mortgage on the Residence.
