On the morning of June 14, 2019, Cihonski walked into Zip Foods in Cedar
Lake, Indiana, wearing a red plaid jacket, jeans, and aviators and carrying with
him a blue suitcase. See State’s Ex. 4. Cihonski approached the cash register,
opened the suitcase, removed a sawed-off shotgun, pointed it at the clerk, and
demanded the money from the register.
