Georgia Keys for Heroes Amendment; provide by law - CA

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Georgia so as to authorize the General Assembly to provide by law for a homestead exemption for an additional 100 percent disabled veterans' homestead exemption for the full assessed value of a homestead in certain circumstances; to authorize municipalities to seek supplementary funding to offset lost revenue from the homestead exemption; to provide for a short title; to provide for submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
