(Children).1 Mother denied the reports, but DCS removed Children on an emergency basis and filed a petition alleging Children were CHINS. T.C., K.C. and Tr.C. had been previously adjudged CHINS in 2015 based, in part, on evidence that Mother used excessive physical punishment.
