Local Government Budgets and Audits; regulation of local governments in fiscal distress; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 81 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local government budgets and audits, so as to provide for regulation of local governments in fiscal distress; to provide for criteria for identifying fiscal distress and audited financial reports; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
