Development Impact Fees; disclosure of impact fees upon transfer of ownership; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 71 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to development impact fees, so as to provide for disclosure of impact fees upon transfer of ownership; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
