Although the day was warm and Lloyd appeared hot, the car’s windows were rolled up. The customer continued watching Lloyd, who appeared to wake up, move her arms, and lean to the side. The customer, who worked in the medical field, saw bruises on Lloyd's inner right forearm near her elbow. Believing Lloyd might be impaired, the customer called 911. Firefighters were first to arrive on the scene.
